~Chicken in Italian Cream Sauce~ |

| : | 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts or whatever is your favorite

| : | Put chicken breasts in crock pot and sprinkle with 1 envelope dry italian salad dressing mix. Add small 1/4 cup dry sherry or water. Cook about 4 hours on low for thawed meat, 5-6 hours for frozen. When chicken is done, remove from crock pot and add 1-8 oz block of cream cheese and heat until melted, whisking at the end to blend. I serve this with steamed broccoli or pasta for the non low-carbers.
