lots (feeds my family of 4 with about 3-4 servings of leftovers). A
good thing to make and freeze portions for later dates.

ground turkey, a can of 98% fat free cream of mushroom soup, can of
98% fat free cream of celery soup, can of cream corn, can of peas, can of green beans, can
of corn, and about 1/2 of a can of chicken broth. Paprika and pepper for seasoning.

cook up ground turkey. In crockpot combine all cans of vegetables
and soups/broth and then add ground turkey. Add paprika and pepper for flavor. Cover and
put on low for the day. I eat this in a soup bowl with some fat free saltine crackers.

Not sure on all the info, but you can look at the
cans to see all the nut. info. I usually count a serving of this (about 1 1/2 cups) about
4-5 points (if you're doing Weight Watchers).

either all day (if you go to work and want to
start before you leave) or if you're home you can start it about 12pm and it will be ready
by 5pm for dinner.
