Challenge of the Week. |
| Wow 2 weeks down! I want to start off by thanking everyone who took the time to participate in the last 2 challenges. You all are doing so great and I am proud of everyone of you for taking the effort in striveing for a better you and a smaller America. I would like remind everyone who is participating to record each challenge in your journal as stated in the first challenge. If you need copies of prior challenges let one of the mods know or go to our website www.Onlinebiggestloserchallenge.com and click on challenge of the week. This weeks challenge will be hard and may take some time. It will last for 2 weeks. Good luck and I hope everyone chooses to participate for this will be fun to see the outcome.
Challenge #3 There will be a series of challenges that I will list with a point value next to them. You may choose which challenges you do or you can do them all. Your points will be added up and a prize will correspond to each point value. Harder challenges will have higher point values and easier ones with lower points...ect. You must document your challenges with pictures or comments from bystanders with signatures. Pictures will be worth more points but they are not required. You need to mail me your results or email if you have a digital camara. If you need help paying for a stamp let me know and I am sure someone will be able to help. Have fun with this!!!

Challenge 1: Go to the Gym/workout 4 days in a row. you must document how you felt in a journal entry and receive a signature from hubby, trainer, or whomever.........Points 2
Challenge 2: Go to Mcdonalds (local fast food) and order 1 thing off the healthy menu. Must include reciept/piece of wrapper.....points 3
Challenge 3: Take a picture of you running passed 3 fastfood chains.....Points 5
Challenge 4: Write a one page essay on the kind of person you want to become......Points 4
Challenge 5: Research about 2 diseases or disorders caused by obesity. Write about them in a one page essay.....Points 6
Challenge 6: Do 200 sit ups/crunches and 50 push ups every night for 1 week. Signature or journal.....Points 3
Challenge 7: Drink half your body weight in ounces of water in a single day. Journal or signature.....Points 2
Challenge 8: Go to a store and take your picture with an outfit that you hope to fit in.....Points 2
Challenge 9: Take a workout class at your local gym........Points 6
Challenge 10: Refer 2 people and have them join our group.....Points 7
