Welcome to the group update page.  This is where we list important updates

I am very proud to announce a very special challenge.   This is the Buddy 90 Day Challenge.

This is your chance to sign up for a chance to win $100.00 for your hard work.  The Challenge will run for 90 days each session.

First update is, We have added a weekly weigh in form to the web-site.  To send in your weekly weight please click on the link given,

You will be given a form to fill out and send,.  It will go straight to my e-mail address and you will be updated into the system.   

Second Update,  I have inserted a form that allows you to submit your recipes that you would like added to our website.

You will earn a bingo ticket if you submit a recipe.
